Heritage Country Cowboy Church building

Heritage Country Cowboy Church

Many folks ask, “what is a cowboy church?” There are several differences that make a cowboy church unique. One is that you can wear your hats, boots and jeans…muck and all! You will also hear the truth of God’s love for you in a country way that you can understand.

Heritage Country Cowboy Church was established on June 1, 2014 in Scranton, Kansas. The church sets at the crossroads of US Hwy 75 and US Hwy 56. Known locally as Four Corners, this location in Osage County is a great place for an active cowboy church. The church gets its name from two specific arenas. First is the legacy of Northern Osage County. US Hwy 56 is the Old Santa Fe Trail. That is cowboy heritage at it’s finest! The second is the fact that the Christian trail that we are walking on is the heritage that we leave. Heritage Country is the place to see your past through a cloud of dust and look to the future with hope. Heritage Country is a place to help your family build a genuine heritage! HC meets on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. at 15776 Topeka Avenue in Scranton. Join the HC family just as you are. You will find acceptance for who you are at HC. That is the Trail we take at Heritage Country. The Trail is our Heritage!
